A few things to know.
Can I use my existing GhostAI account?
Yes. This site connects to the same GhostAI account and billing backend. Sign in with your existing GhostAI email and password. Test-mode subscriptions do not grant live Premium access.
Does GhostAI work everywhere?
The Chrome extension works with supported browser pages. Google Docs and native typing depend on the companion setup. Compatibility varies, and the Mac companion is a preview. See the setup guide before installing.
What information is sent to AI?
When you request generation, the selected context, instructions and included notes are sent for processing. Original imported documents remain local; extracted text may be included in a generation request.
Can I pause or change the response?
Yes. Review your draft before entering it. Use the controller to play, pause or restart, and press Escape to pause input.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, open Manage subscription and use Stripe’s secure billing portal to change or cancel renewal. The portal displays the terms for your subscription.
